Emma Amoscato is a journalist and mother of two children with multiple food and environmental allergies. When her son had an anaphylactic reaction, she started writing about her experiences but couldn’t find the practical and detailed book she was looking for, so she decided to write it. After successfully launching Living With Allergies and raising awareness, Emma realised there was no non-fiction book explaining food allergies to children, so she set about creating it.
Emma is studying a masters in the pscyhology and neuroscience of mental health at King’s College London so she can further support people struggling with anxiety about allergies and more. She is passionate about helping families with food allergies feel safe and included.
